Troubleshooting
Scanning isn't detecting walls
- Ensure your room is well-lit — LiDAR works best with ambient light
- Walk slowly and steadily around the room
- Keep the phone pointed at the walls, not the floor or ceiling
- Make sure you have enough distance from walls (at least 1 meter)
Export is taking too long
- Large or complex rooms may take longer to process
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection for IFC/DXF/PDF exports
- USDZ exports are generated on-device and should be instant
Calibration seems off
- Use the longest wall in the room for the most accurate calibration
- Measure from corner to corner with a physical tape measure
- You can re-calibrate at any time from the project editor
